LEGO® is able to support the social and emotional development of children and young people through its universal and inclusive formats.  Adapting Brick Club sessions to suit the intentions and motivations of the children attending encourages positive outcomes.

There are many opportunities to learn, practise and enhance these skills, at Brick Club the builders have time to rehearse and repeat them in a safe environment.  As children grow and gain more lived experiences, their confidence allows them to transfer their ideas to other aspects of their life.

Brick Club has also been instrumental helping children with language and literacy skills.  Whether English is not their first language or enabling more situational-based literacy and numeracy skills, building together strengthens their knowledge.
